Welcome to OpusVIP (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides an API relay for Claude Opus 5.5, Fable 5.1, Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5, and currently supports only the official Claude Code CLI. Available models, prices and features are as published on the website and console, and may change.
2. Relationship with Anthropic
OpusVIP is an independently operated third-party service and is not affiliated with, partnered with or authorized by Anthropic, PBC. Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic. Model outputs are generated by the upstream model, and OpusVIP makes no guarantees about their content.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You must register with a real, valid email address and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- API keys are for your own use or internal use within your team. Keep them safe: the account holder is responsible for any usage from a leaked key.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- resell, rent out, share or publicly post API keys, or use the Service as the basis for offering relay or proxy services to third parties;
- generate or distribute illegal content, or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws and regulations;
- violate the usage policies of the upstream model provider (Anthropic);
- attack, probe or interfere with the Service, bypass authentication, limits or client restrictions, or engage in other abuse (including deliberately generating abnormal traffic).
OpusVIP may restrict or terminate the relevant API keys and accounts without prior notice if it finds conduct that violates these terms.
5. Billing and refunds
- The Service is pay as you go: usage is billed at Anthropic's list prices and settled in credits, where 1 credit = $0.01 of usage at list price. Each request deducts credits from your account balance according to actual usage. See Models and pricing for details.
- Requests that do not complete successfully are not billed.
- Usage that has already been consumed is non-refundable.
- Credits are purchased in your local currency via Stripe: CNY for customers in mainland China and USD everywhere else (US$0.15 per 100 credits). Supported payment methods include card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The minimum top-up is 1,000 credits.
6. Availability
OpusVIP makes every effort to keep the Service stable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Upstream outages, maintenance, network failures and similar events may make the Service temporarily unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpusVIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. OpusVIP's liability for any request is limited to the amount you actually paid for that request.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and email hello@opusvip.dev to close your account. If you violate these terms, OpusVIP may suspend or terminate your account.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, and the new effective date will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
