This policy explains how OpusVIP (opusvip.dev, its console at console.opusvip.dev and its API at api.opusvip.dev, the "Service") collects, uses and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information collected
- Account information: the email address you provide when you sign up or sign in; when you use Google sign-in, the email and basic profile (name, avatar) that Google provides.
- API keys: the keys you create in the console, used to identify and authenticate your requests.
- Request usage metadata: for each request, the time, model, input / output / cache token counts, amount charged, status code, and the IP address the request came from.
- Balance and transaction records: top-up and charge records. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card or wallet details under its own privacy policy.
Request and response content
The content of requests you send through the Service is forwarded to the upstream model provider (Anthropic) for processing, and the response is returned to you unchanged. OpusVIP handles this content only transiently while forwarding it, and does not store, read or sell your prompts or model responses. The operational logs OpusVIP keeps contain only the metadata listed above, never the body of requests or responses.
The upstream model provider processes this content under its own policies.
How this information is used
- To provide the Service: authentication, routing requests, billing, and showing usage logs in the console.
- To keep the Service secure: identifying and blocking abuse, fraud, leaked keys and other abnormal behavior.
- To troubleshoot: locating the relevant request records when you report a problem.
- To send necessary service notices, such as price changes and service changes.
OpusVIP does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, OpusVIP requests only your email address and basic profile (openid, email, profile) to create and recognize your account. It does not access your Google Drive, mail, contacts or any other data.
Cookies
The console uses cookies to keep your login session. This website (opusvip.dev) does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing of information
- Request content is forwarded to the upstream model provider for processing, as described in "Request and response content" above.
- Infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (for example server and database hosting).
- Where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to protect the security of the Service and other users.
Retention and deletion
Account information and usage records are kept for as long as your account exists, for billing and reconciliation. You can delete API keys you no longer use at any time. To close your account and delete related data, email hello@opusvip.dev; records that must be kept by law or for accounting are excepted.
Security
All endpoints and pages are served over HTTPS. Please keep your API keys safe: do not commit them to public code repositories or share them with others. If you suspect a key has leaked, delete it in the console immediately and create a new one.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, and the new effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email.
